What you'll do

  • Collaborate with platform consultants to shape forward-looking technology standards and architectural roadmaps.
  • Facilitate alignment between application and infrastructure domains to ensure cohesive system design.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps that align business direction with evolving technology needs.
  • Design, develop, and report on critical metrics for monitoring overall health and performance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience in designing or building software for observability.
  • Hands-on experience supporting major observability platforms like Datadog or New Relic.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with a strong understanding of SRE principles.
  • Development experience using programming languages such as Java, Python, ReactJS, or NodeJS.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Kubernetes and both Windows and Linux systems.
  • Interest and experience applying new technologies to improve observability and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
