What we're looking for
- Must be a US Citizen due to responsibilities in FedRAMP environments.
- At least 12 years of combined experience in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and Observability.
- Strong background in supporting customers within SaaS environments.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure services like AWS EC2, S3, Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience implementing observability for large-scale software deployments across multiple cloud providers.
- Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Golang, Python, Terraform, Prometheus, Splunk, and Timeseries databases.
