What you'll do

Architect and implement high-performance system software components including DPDK-based networking stacks and hardware abstraction layers.
Develop custom hardware acceleration stacks for next-generation programmable DPUs.
Build network virtualization, high-performance packet processing systems, and protocol parsers using C/C++.
Manage memory, scheduling, I/O virtualization, kernel drivers, and security features of DPUs using Linux OS expertise.
Debug complex software issues across operating system, driver, firmware, and hardware boundaries.
Perform performance tuning for low-latency systems and high-performance network programming.
Execute project goals by leading technical initiatives in coordination with compute, storage, and security teams.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience.
Expertise in systems programming using C, C++, Rust, or similar low-level languages.
Strong understanding of Linux operating system internals.
Experience with networking protocols, packet processing, or high-performance network programming.
Familiarity with embedded systems, SmartNICs, DPUs, programmable hardware accelerators, or hardware-adjacent software development.
Ability to debug complex software issues across operating system, driver, firmware, and hardware boundaries.
Experience developing software for SmartNICs, DPUs, NIC drivers, kernel networking, or user-space packet processing frameworks (preferred).
Knowledge of virtualization, cloud networking, SDN, distributed systems, performance tuning, or low-latency systems (preferred).
