The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, TypeScript, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, and MS VBA. You will apply these tools to solve complex problems regarding process flow and resource utilization while ensuring the manufacturability of new products within a high-paced production environment.

What you'll do

Lead and guide a small team of engineers in developing and maintaining manufacturing solutions.
Develop analytical solutions using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to support daily decision-making.
Analyze production metrics, process flows, and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.
Implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Lead and facilitate Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes.
Establish and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance and drive team accountability.
Provide strategic input into capacity planning and workforce management to ensure scalable operations.
Support new product development by ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness from a manufacturing perspective.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in an engineering field or MBA (preferred).
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role with a track record of implementing results-driven insights.
2+ years of experience in direct team management or complex, cross-functional project management.
Expertise developing solutions using data visualization tools including SQL, Python, TypeScript, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, and MS VBA.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, manufacturing software, and lean manufacturing principles such as Six Sigma.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
