What you'll do

Engineer and govern the Endevor inventory model aligned to SDLC, release governance, and separation of duties.
Configure and maintain processors and generate procedures to enable deterministic builds for various middleware systems.
Build and maintain Endevor automation interfaces using APIs, CLI tools, and custom wrapper services.
Develop Python and REXX scripts to automate Endevor lifecycle actions, inventory queries, and z/OS-side operations.
Implement Jenkins pipeline-as-code to manage credentials, monitor batch steps, and enforce promotion sequencing.
Establish end-to-end traceability by mapping commit IDs to Endevor elements and capturing audit evidence.
Troubleshoot complex toolchain failures across processors, wrappers, and pipelines while providing root cause analysis.
Define and execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures for Endevor repositories and critical components.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Expertise in Endevor platform engineering, including inventory models, processors, and disaster recovery readiness.
Experience with CI/CD delivery using Jenkins to build pipeline-as-code and shared libraries for automated workflows.
Ability to develop and support versioned wrapper interfaces around Endevor APIs and CLI tools.
Proficiency in REXX for z/OS automation and Python for orchestration, integration, and metadata capture.
Experience implementing security, traceability, and reliability measures including RACF/ACF2/TSS and audit logging.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure engineering workflows with proper validation.
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and the ability to operate across public and private clouds.
