  • Own platform reliability, automation, and engineering standards for deployment and version control.
  • Mentor engineers on implementation standards, integration practices, and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity engineering or security engineering.
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer certification required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Proven ability to act as technical owner for a platform, ensuring delivery quality and operational outcomes.
  • Experience developing automation and tooling for identity onboarding and migrations.
  • Proficiency in version control and structured deployment workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
