What you'll do

  • Administer and troubleshoot accounts, roles, and permissions in Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Resolve escalated access issues requiring deep directory or identity knowledge.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for privileged accounts and sensitive roles.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in recurring access certifications and entitlement reviews.
  • Identify potential access risks and escalate appropriately to management.
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures and process documentation.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management/IGA Operations
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, SSO, and MFA
  • Strong understanding of RBAC models and least privilege/access governance
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for process documentation
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to access workflows
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding for privileged accounts
