The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity, at least two years of IGA/IAM experience, knowledge of Directory Services/LDAP, and proficiency in stakeholder communication.

What you'll do

Design and maintain identity platforms for RBAC/ABAC, SSO, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
Build automated workflows and integrations using PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
Serve as an escalation point for IGA Governance and Operations team support.
Implement access requests/approvals, certifications, and audit-ready controls.
Instrument security logging, tune performance, and maintain runbooks and SOPs.

What we're looking for

2+ years of IGA/IAM engineering in complex enterprise environments
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/AD and SailPoint/Saviynt platforms
Proficiency in building automated workflows using PowerShell, Python, APIs
Solid knowledge of Directory Services/LDAP and identity logging/monitoring
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Experience with GenAI coding assistance for IGA processes improvement
