What you'll do

  • Lead enterprise recovery engagements during active cyber incidents by directing sequencing and strategy across multi-tier environments.
  • Map client infrastructure, application dependencies, and network architecture to develop structured restoration plans.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to senior stakeholders, communicating complex decisions clearly under high-pressure conditions.
  • Develop and maintain technical recovery playbooks, workflows, and runbooks for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and validation of recovery tools and technologies.
  • Translate post-incident lessons into strategic transformation roadmaps to improve long-term organizational resilience.
  • Assess team capabilities and design training programs to enhance internal technical expertise.
  • Build and mature the practice by developing new methodologies, tools, and frameworks for the firm.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure design, or related disciplines involving servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience mapping application dependencies and infrastructure relationships across large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with enterprise backup and restoration tools in large-scale environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience communicating complex technical concepts to senior or executive stakeholders in high-stakes situations.
  • Minimum 4 years of client-facing consulting experience in infrastructure, architecture, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams or workstreams in a consulting or advisory environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
  • Experience with cyber recovery, SAN/NAS environments, cloud platforms, hypervisors, containers, and mentoring teams (preferred).
