Lead Electrical Engineer, Power Supply Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop isolated and non-isolated power conversion topologies including AC/DC converters and battery chargers.
• Translate system requirements into detailed power architectures and circuit designs.
• Conduct component selection and trade studies for semiconductors, magnetics, ICs, and protection circuitry.
• Simulate and analyze circuits for efficiency, thermal performance, control loop stability, and EMI/EMC.
• Develop schematics and provide technical support for high-current, high-voltage, and low-noise PCB layouts.
• Create and execute test plans for prototype bring-up, characterization, and qualification.
• Troubleshoot power supply performance issues in the lab to perform root cause and corrective actions.
• Prepare technical documentation including design reports, analysis summaries, and released engineering data.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance (preferred).
• Degree in BSEE, Computer Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Military Standards including 461, 704, and 1275 (preferred).
• Hardware debugging skills and experience with Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers, and Digital Oscilloscopes (preferred).
• Ability to lead engineering design teams (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
