What you'll do

  • Define and drive multi-team product and technical roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
  • Establish scalable engineering standards and operational frameworks to ensure reliable execution.
  • Lead and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers, managing hiring and career development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Manage vendor strategies and lead technology research in AI, cloud, and distributed systems.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading managers and senior engineers in Agile environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-team engineering programs in fast-paced digital or healthcare technology organizations.
  • Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, microservices (Java/Spring Boot, Python), DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including managing distributed and remote models with vendor partnerships.
  • Executive-level communication skills and hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled or generative AI-integrated software solutions.
