What you'll do

Drive platform availability and resiliency to achieve five 9s availability targets.
Lead scalability initiatives for the Global Marketplace Platform to support rapid international growth.
Manage release engineering and deployment automation to ensure safe and efficient software delivery.
Enhance operational excellence through governance, risk reduction, and prevention frameworks.
Develop reliability automation and tooling specific to the Marketplace ecosystem.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience in software engineering or related field
Proven leadership with at least 4 years of supervisory experience
Expertise in reliability engineering, resiliency, and observability
Strong background in platform scalability and performance optimization
Experience in release engineering, deployment automation, and launch readiness
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
Ability to drive operational excellence and manage large-scale Marketplace programs
