What you'll do

  • Build and scale enterprise data ingestion, transformation, and quality frameworks for AI/ML use cases.
  • Deliver reusable datasets with strong metadata, lineage, privacy, and compliance controls.
  • Lead DevSecOps practices for AI/ML to embed security, automation, and compliance across the lifecycle.
  • Establish and operate MLOps platforms including CI/CD for models, deployment automation, and observability.
  • Own platform reliability and performance for model serving and AI application runtimes, ensuring SLIs/SLOs.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing engineering managers and senior individual contributors.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software and data engineering experience in large-scale platforms.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams.
  • 8+ years of full-stack and platform engineering across multi-cloud environments.
  • Extensive experience in data engineering, including batch/streaming, quality, metadata/lineage.
  • Proven track record building and operating Data Engineering, AI Engineering, DevOps, MLOps capabilities.
  • Deep expertise in DevSecOps, MLOps, LLMOps, GenAIOps with 5+ years in regulated environments.
