Lead Digital Technical Specialist

What you'll do

• Define and enforce standards for the PAL system's structure, attributes, and lifecycle.
• Ensure consistent logic and behavior of PALs across all domains and products.
• Govern the data model and canonical object definition for PALs.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable implementation of PAL systems.
• Oversee integration of PALs with core components like PAL Engine and AI services.
• Drive alignment on the lifecycle management of PALs, including creation, update, execution.

What we're looking for

• Proven ability to serve as a business-facing expert for complex technical systems.
• Deep experience working across end-to-end production ecosystems, understanding data and logic flow at scale.
• Strong knowledge of application design and architecture principles.
• Expertise in defining and enforcing system standards and governance.
• Ability to partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable implementation.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and techniques for decision-making.
• Experience as the connective layer between product intent and technical execution.
