Lead Decision Intelligence AI

What you'll do

• Model business decision processes by identifying objectives, constraints, policies, and feedback loops to inform member engagement.
• Decompose complex business processes into measurable decision graphs, services, and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement production-grade agentic workflows using LangGraph and LangChain for automated reasoning and action.
• Build AI-powered capabilities in the Action Library to assist users in creating and governing member actions.
• Develop retrieval-augmented architectures using vector search and semantic retrieval to provide reliable decision context.
• Integrate reinforcement learning and optimization models into production workflows to improve recommendation quality.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure agent effectiveness, decision quality, and business outcomes.
• Lead a team of engineers while establishing technical standards for AI governance, safety, and system reliability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software, machine learning, AI engineering, or decision intelligence.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity.
• Strong Python engineering experience building and operating production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience building agentic applications using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
• Proficiency in LLM application patterns including tool calling, RAG, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to build evaluation frameworks for AI systems and map business processes into formal decision frameworks.
