What you'll do

Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools.
Build robust cloud-based solutions using Redshift, Snowflake, and other data warehousing services.
Develop applications using Java, Scala, Python, and Spark for big data processing.
Implement and manage NoSQL databases and distributed microservices.
Perform unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure performance and design quality.
Deliver real-time data and streaming applications to drive customer experiences.
Mentor other members of the engineering community on new technologies and tech trends.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in application development including Python, Spark, or PySpark (preferred).
4+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) (preferred).
4+ years of experience with Distributed data/computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL) (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on real-time data and streaming applications (preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree.
