What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions using Big Data tools and technologies.
Build distributed microservices and ETL systems using Java, Scala, or Python.
Manage data across RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and cloud warehouses like Redshift and Snowflake.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions to improve customer experiences for financial empowerment.
Perform unit tests and conduct peer code reviews to ensure performance and design quality.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay current on emerging tech trends.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with programming languages including Python, Scala, Java, and SQL.
Experience with distributed data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, or MapReduce.
Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo, Cassandra) and data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake).
Experience with Agile engineering practices and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
