The Senior Director, Cyber Security Product Manager leads the development of enterprise security services, solutions, and capabilities through a technology-first, risk-based, and data-driven strategy. This role involves building product roadmaps, facilitating build versus buy decisions, and managing high-impact cybersecurity projects from planning through production and scale. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to translate technical findings into actionable reports while establishing product value propositions and metrics. Key requirements include expertise in cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CMMC, and FedRAMP, as well as experience with tools such as Splunk, Crowdstrike, Qualys, and AWS Security Hub. The role addresses the challenge of managing complex threat landscapes and vulnerabilities within a multi-cloud environment while leading cross-functional teams to deliver robust security capabilities for internal and external customers.
Develop and communicate a risk-based, data-driven strategy and roadmap for enterprise security services and capabilities.
Analyze and select technology alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability.
Facilitate build vs. buy decisions to identify optimal strategies for addressing business and technology risks.
Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicators to measure success.
Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity products from initial design through production and scaling.

What we're looking for
At least 11 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
At least 10 years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.
11+ years of experience with cybersecurity frameworks and concepts such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CMMC, FedRAMP, etc. (preferred).
11+ years of experience performing analysis of or developing solutions for cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risks, or events (preferred).
11+ years of experience working on teams and presenting cybersecurity information such as metrics, threat intelligence, controls, and requirements to stakeholders (preferred).
8+ years of experience working in multi-cloud environments (preferred).
10+ years of experience using security tools like Splunk, Crowdstrike, Qualys, or AWS Security Hub (preferred).
