Lead Cybersecurity Architect, AI/Agentic Security

What you'll do

• Propose technical approaches to meet current and future cybersecurity needs for business stakeholders.
• Define the technical target state for cybersecurity products and drive the achievement of the strategy.
• Develop software and use AI/ML tools to automate secure design and threat assessment processes.
• Own and drive Security Design Reviews for AI/ML platforms, agentic systems, and MCP integrations.
• Define and govern secure reference architectures for agentic systems, including isolation, encryption, and identity management.
• Define security requirements for authentication, authorization, and data classification for MCP servers.
• Conduct and maintain threat models for agentic systems and LLM Suite integrations to mitigate risks like prompt injection.
• Assess and validate AI-assisted security recommendations to ensure they align with security and auditability expectations.

What we're looking for

• Obtain 5+ years of cybersecurity architectural knowledge with hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise-level solutions and controls.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Hands-on experience coding and using AI/ML and agents to improve security assessments.
• Proven expertise in threat modeling and mitigating AI/ML risks like prompt injection, data poisoning, and supply chain exposure.
• Strong technical depth in cloud and application security, including IAM, encryption, network segmentation, and secure SDLC/CI/CD.
• Experience securing agentic AI systems and tool integrations, including MCP-based connectivity and runtime controls.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and experience communicating with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
