Lead AWS DevOps Engineer & Deployment Coordinator

What you'll do

• Own the DevOps and deployment architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions.
• Design and support AWS-based architectures while providing technical leadership for cloud engineering and automation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Coordinate and execute application deployments across environments while ensuring minimal downtime and controlled rollouts.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies by integrating security tools like DAST, SAST, SCA, and Sonar into the SDLC.
• Manage production releases following ITSM and Change Management practices using ServiceNow.
• Lead production incident triage, communication, and resolution while performing deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Perform risk assessments for infrastructure changes to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Strong AWS solution architecture knowledge with hands-on cloud implementation experience.
• Proven experience with Terraform (HCL) for infrastructure provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD for pipeline creation and management.
• Strong expertise in deployment practices, including CI/CD and ServiceNow-based release processes.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity tools including DAST, SAST, SCA, penetration testing, and Sonar.
• Solid experience in ITSM Change Management processes and production incident management.
• Experience with GitHub Actions is a plus (preferred).
