Lead AWS DevOps Engineer & Deployment Coordinator

What you'll do

• Own the DevOps architecture and provide technical leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions.
• Design and manage AWS-based infrastructure using Terraform (HCL) for resource provisioning.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD to automate build, deployment, and release workflows.
• Coordinate application deployments across environments while ensuring compliance with ITSM and Change Management practices.
• Integrate security tools such as DAST, SAST, and SCA into the software development lifecycle.
• Lead production incident response efforts, including triage, communication, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Perform risk assessments for infrastructure changes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Strong AWS solution architecture knowledge with hands-on cloud implementation experience.
• Proven experience using Terraform (HCL) for infrastructure provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD for pipeline creation and management.
• Expertise in deployment practices, including CI/CD and ServiceNow-based release processes.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity tools such as DAST, SAST, SCA, penetration testing, and Sonar.
• Experience in ITSM Change Management, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical architecture discussions and own end-to-end DevOps solutions.
