What you'll do

  • Lead the enterprise OpenShift architecture and platform strategy.
  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
  • Lead automation initiatives using Ansible Automation Platform and Terraform.
  • Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms and GitOps workflows.
  • Develop reusable automation for provisioning, configuration, patching, and compliance.
  • Architect secure Kubernetes platforms using RBAC, secrets, certificates, and policies.
  • Own platform reliability, disaster recovery strategy, and infrastructure cost optimization.
  • Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus (preferred).
  • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
  • 7+ years of Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience.
  • 5+ years of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration experience.
  • Expert level skills in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, RHEL, Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Expert level skills in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Tekton/OpenShift Pipelines.
  • RHCA (highly preferred), RHCE, or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift.
