The Lead Architect, Maestro Kinaxis Solutions, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Kinaxis RapidResponse solution to deliver business value across demand, supply, and integrated planning processes. This role bridges business, IT, and system integrators to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring operational readiness. Key responsibilities include owning solution architecture, leading design decisions, driving fit-gap analysis, and overseeing configuration, integrations, and data loads. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP/IBP. Technical skills include experience with ERP integrations like SAP S/4, data models, and interfaces. The role addresses complex supply chain planning problems within a fast-paced environment, requiring deep knowledge of end-to-end processes and large-scale system implementations.
Own the end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse solution architecture for demand, supply, and integrated planning processes.
Lead solution design decisions to ensure alignment with business strategy and planning maturity.
Drive fit-gap analysis, configuration strategy, and design sign-off while applying Kinaxis best practices.
Oversee system integrators to manage configuration, integrations, data loads, and testing.
Serve as the primary functional escalation point and business-facing lead for planning stakeholders.
Facilitate design workshops, executive reviews, and decision forums to provide status and risk updates.
Support go/no-go decisions by providing fact-based readiness assessments for large-scale implementations.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or transformation roles required.
Proven track record implementing advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, Maestro, SAP IBP, O9, or similar required.
Strong experience leading end-to-end system implementations including design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hyper care required.
Demonstrated leadership experience in leading cross-functional supply chain projects required.
Experience in large-scale programs with multimillion-dollar budgets and globally distributed teams required.
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP S/4 preferred).
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD certifications (preferred).
Kinaxis Rapid Response Author or Contributor certifications (preferred).
