Lead Architect, AI Enablement

What you'll do

• Administer and scale GitHub Copilot and Claude Code platforms including user provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Develop custom Copilot Skills and Agent configurations to encode domain-specific knowledge into workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• Design and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services for reliability and compliance.
• Build internal tooling, automation pipelines, and self-service portals to support AI developer tool adoption.
• Develop secure production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
• Create reporting dashboards and metrics pipelines to track AI tool usage, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Identify opportunities to automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Working knowledge and experience in backend development using Python and/or Java.
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of AI-assisted software development tools and establishing validation standards for correctness and security.
• Understanding of LLM-based developer tools, including context management, RAG patterns, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), and serverless architectures.
• Practical cloud native experience using Terraform and AWS services to design and provision infrastructure.
• Experience in enterprise AI platform architecture, LLM integration, and architecture leadership (preferred).
