What you'll do

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native, AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Execute end-to-end AI-enabled strategic solutions aligned with specific project objectives.
Develop architectural designs and solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development.
Assess new technologies and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend adoption.
Lead architecture design reviews to identify gaps and recommend necessary design changes.
Drive modernization opportunities for the Healthcare Business Unit within the existing IT landscape.
Create designs that meet non-functional requirements such as SLA, response time, and multi-threading.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles.
5+ years of full stack development experience.
5+ years of experience with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other relevant databases.
5+ years of experience in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
Experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or JavaScript.
Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
