What you'll do

Define and execute architectural strategies that align with specific project objectives.
Develop architectural designs and solutions that adhere to established standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior and senior architects on project-related tasks and skill development.
Assess new technologies and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend adoption.
Lead architecture design reviews to identify gaps and recommend necessary design changes.
Drive modernization opportunities for the Healthcare Business Unit within the IT landscape.
Create designs that meet non-functional requirements such as SLAs, response times, and multi-threading.
Advise senior leadership on the strategic technical vision for the domain and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles.
5+ years of full stack development experience.
5+ years of experience in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
5+ years of experience with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other relevant databases.
Experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or JavaScript.
Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
Strong experience in interoperability FHIR HL7 standards.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
