Lead AI Engineer for Sales Assistant Platform Technology

What you'll do

• Design, prototype, and productionize multi-step LLM agents that retrieve context and generate accurate responses.
• Build and own the agentic platform including UI, orchestration, routing, memory, and evaluation frameworks.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI techniques such as tool use, planning, retrieval, and fine-tuning into production systems.
• Improve system quality systematically through error analysis, feedback loops, and measurable evaluation metrics.
• Develop and maintain production-grade code that is observable, robust, and scalable.
• Establish technical standards for agent design, safe deployment, and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical applicability.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python with the ability to own production code.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, ECS, and Bedrock.
• Experience with agentic development toolkits such as Google ADK.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs including agent frameworks, tool use, RAG, prompt engineering, and evals.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, LLM observability, or fine-tuning open-weight models.
• Knowledge of OpenSearch, Vector databases, and Postgres (preferred).
