Data & Integration Lead, Sales & Digital

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain pipelines to transition AI models from experimentation to production.
• Design robust batch and streaming data workflows for integration and management of feature sets.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of data pipelines with effective logging, tracing, and alerting systems.
• Collaborate on decomposing complex business workflows into agent-executable workstreams.
• Optimize agent execution for cost efficiency by managing token consumption and iteration cycles.
• Implement version control and documentation for datasets, code, models, and agent instructions.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on deploying large-scale data pipeline solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or systems languages like Go or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Expertise in Databricks (Spark), Airflow, Tableau, and other data and BI technologies.
• Understanding of AI coding tools, prompt engineering, and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Experience designing systems that scale across traditional ML and agentic AI architectures.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial analytics, including HCP/HCO profiling, patient identification, and demand forecasting.
