What you'll do

  • Provide local assistance to senior Field Applications Engineers in customer support and equipment operations.
  • Learn and deliver technical training on CRFS system and software operations to end users.
  • Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on CRFS equipment both in the office and at field locations.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of CRFS equipment at customer sites.
  • Contribute to project summary reports and assist in developing test plans for RF systems.
  • Support Sales Teams by preparing demonstration equipment and assisting with technical presentations.

What we're looking for

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; military experience considered
  • 0-3 years of relevant technical experience with a strong desire to learn
  • Basic understanding of ESD control and networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnets)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn specialized software
  • Clear oral and written communication skills for documenting technical processes
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • U.S. Person status required due to work under U.S. government contracts
