What you'll do

Develop and maintain C or C++ software for embedded Linux platforms.
Implement software components for hardware devices, sensors, networking components, and communication protocols.
Create Python and Bash scripts to automate testing, data processing, and engineering workflows.
Perform system bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting of software defects and system-level issues.
Execute unit tests and integration tests to verify software functionality.
Maintain technical documentation including interface descriptions, test procedures, and development records.
Utilize version control systems and automated build tools in accordance with established practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Zero to two years of professional software development experience, including internships or academic projects.
Experience with C or C++ programming.
Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, debugging, and version control.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Experience developing software in C++ for Linux or embedded platforms (preferred).
Experience with Python/Bash scripting, Git, Linux tools, and hardware interfacing (preferred).
U.S. citizenship.
