What you'll do

  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances.

  • Maintain and update documentation regarding database schemas, processes, and procedures.

  • Identify and implement improvements for database management processes.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server including internship, coursework, or entry-level professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of T-SQL, querying, and relational database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
  • Ability to diagnose common database issues and perform troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, and Python is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure or SQL Server fundamentals are preferred.
