This position solves complex challenges in the Vision Care manufacturing domain by aligning technology solutions with business objectives to drive digital transformation.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the plant ecosystem product strategy and roadmap to harmonize business processes and technology solutions.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear product visions, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
  • Manage the product backlog and oversee the delivery of features that provide measurable business impact.
  • Ensure all products are secure, compliant with regulatory requirements, and supportable within the manufacturing environment.
  • Lead technology cost optimization and manage the total cost of ownership for site technology operations.
  • Serve as the primary technical partner to Site Leadership to communicate strategy across various organizational levels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members by establishing performance goals and supporting career growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing technology.
  • Demonstrated people leadership or management experience as a supervisor, project coordinator, or team lead.
  • Experience with regulated manufacturing requirements and GxP regulations.
  • Experience in technology product or application management, solution design, and deployment of major capabilities like shop-floor systems.
  • Strong product management skills including strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization, and lifecycle planning.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into outcomes through discovery, engineering, and user experience practices.
  • Experience executing work using Agile, Jira, and SDLC methods (preferred); experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Siemens Opcenter MES (preferred).
