What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of contract components to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and implement real-time data processing solutions using Kafka and Spark.
  • Analyze delivery metrics to provide insights for optimizing resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and achieve specific project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and overall service quality.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Java development.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Databricks SQL.
  • Must possess an Associate's Degree or greater.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Pennington, NJ, 3 days per week.
  • Must be able to comply with a 5-day away mandate per quarter.
  • Advanced proficiency in Snowflake (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, Data Modeling, and SQL (preferred).
