Jama Connect Administrator

What you'll do

• Lead the technical administration and architecture of the Jama Requirements Management platform.
• Provide expert-level support and consultation for Jama implementations across multiple business units.
• Design and implement integration solutions between Jama and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain best practices for requirements management processes.
• Create automation for system upgrades, patching, and testing.
• Enhance the observability of the Jama service.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for Jama-related initiatives.

What we're looking for

• You must be a U.S. citizen to access federal controlled information.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Jama Requirements Management platform administration is required.
• Candidates must have a strong understanding of requirements management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to lead technical administration, architecture, and integration solutions for the Jama platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring capabilities is preferred.
• Project management and stakeholder management expertise are preferred.
