IT Windows Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Support users and maintain critical resources across a broad range of environments.
• Troubleshoot and recover failed Windows systems and resources.
• Implement security and engineering policies across the infrastructure.
• Define, document, and implement best practice standards for IT systems.
• Support productivity applications including O365, Outlook, and Teams.
• Monitor and remediate critical issues in production environments.
• Contribute to internal documentation and technical runbooks.
• Partner with Service Desk teams for ticket triage and escalations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ years of IT systems administration experience OR 3+ years of experience without a degree.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining Windows-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for Department of State authorizations.
• Experience with Authentication and SSO solutions (SAML, OIDC/OAUTH, Flask, Mellon, ADFS, NPS/Radius/Tacacs) (preferred).
• 5+ years implementing and troubleshooting Windows systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+) (preferred).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash (preferred).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 suite on workstations and mobile devices (preferred).
• Experience with imaging Windows systems (WDS, sysprep) and operating system patch management at scale (preferred).
