IT Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise a team of IT professionals to ensure information systems run reliably, securely, and within budget.
• Plan and prioritize IT support activities, including Help Desk ticket responses and IMAC requests.
• Oversee site IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, telephony, server administration, and desktop support.
• Partner with operational managers to identify technology needs and define system installation and maintenance requirements.
• Research and recommend hardware and software products to improve organizational information system capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and security across hybrid cloud environments in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Manage computer operations including scheduling, backups, storage, and software license deployment.
• Recruit, develop, and coach team members while implementing HR strategies to retain a qualified workforce.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with IT service management practices (ITIL preferred), ticketing systems, and SLA management.
• Familiarity with IT security controls, backup and recovery, and audit/compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA (Network+, Security+), CCNA, or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
