Supervisor, IT Network Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Supervise technician teams in installing and maintaining mission-critical communication systems.
• Prioritize and schedule work tasks to meet strict project timelines.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems while performing necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with external carriers at cross-connect facilities and transition points.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all installations, including assets, locations, and patch records.
• Provide performance feedback, reviews, and corrective actions to direct reports.
• Manage team administrative tasks including timesheets, overtime, and leave requests.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and SpaceX safety requirements.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of telecommunications systems experience.
• 2+ years of prior leadership experience leading teams, projects, or people.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
• Technical expertise in installing, terminating, and testing low voltage and fiber optical cables (preferred).
• Knowledge of industry standards like BICSI, NEC, and TIA/EIA; and networking protocols such as TCP/IP (preferred).
• Proficiency with tools including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, soldering, and various crimping tools (preferred).
• Ability to work 2nd shift, perform manual tasks in tight spaces or at heights, and travel up to 25% (required).
