What you'll do
Install and maintain desktop systems, laptops, servers, and enterprise IT equipment in classified environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues for mission-critical operations.
Monitor system performance, implement patches, upgrades, and technology refresh activities to ensure compliance with security policies.
Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure IT environments according to government standards.
Assist in system backups, data recovery, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery support activities.
Participate in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system incidents and operational issues.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of IT support experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, enterprise IT infrastructure, and networking fundamentals
Experience in system administration practices and troubleshooting technical issues
Ability to work closely with cybersecurity personnel, network engineers, and operational teams
