IT Engineer, Senior

What you'll do

• Administer enterprise SaaS applications including Slack, GitHub Enterprise, Atlassian, and Okta.
• Manage end-to-end user lifecycles including onboarding, role changes, and automated provisioning via SCIM.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, and OIDC single sign-on integrations across the SaaS portfolio.
• Serve as the technical owner for Slack Enterprise Grid, including workspace governance and API integrations.
• Design and operate integrations between SaaS platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate SaaS configurations and infrastructure-as-code.
• Automate routine operations like access requests and license reclamation using Python or Bash scripts.
• Provide tier-2/3 support for complex SaaS incidents and maintain architectural documentation.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience administering enterprise SaaS applications at scale such as Slack, GitHub, Atlassian, or Okta.
• Strong hands-on experience with identity and access protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and SCIM provisioning.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SCIM-based user provisioning between an IdP and downstream SaaS applications.
• Strong experience as a Slack administrator, including building Slack apps, workflows, and API integrations (Enterprise Grid preferred).
• Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns for connecting SaaS platforms to enterprise systems.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
