As a Senior Automation Engineer on the Process Optimization team, you will assess and design automation solutions for complex business processes, developing RPA workflows with UiPath Studio, Power Automate Desktop, or Automation Anywhere based on gathered requirements. Your daily tasks include configuring and testing automated processes before deployment, conducting UAT, and addressing stakeholder feedback to refine solutions. You’ll also deploy automations using UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot issues during the hyper-care period, and maintain documentation for ongoing support. Key skills required are process assessment, solution design, performance optimization, and experience with C#, Python, SQL, or other automation languages. This role involves working on large-scale enterprise processes, ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements while staying updated on RPA and AI trends to enhance automation capabilities.

What you'll do
