IT Solutions Architect, Networking

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and operate Cisco and Meraki wired and wireless network solutions for campus and branch locations.
• Plan and optimize RF designs using surveys and spectrum analysis to ensure wireless performance and capacity.
• Integrate wireless access with Cisco ISE to enforce identity-based access controls and network segmentation.
• Configure and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Lead incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution for complex network-related events and performance issues.
• Execute network changes and upgrades using established change-management processes and risk assessment protocols.
• Automate repeatable tasks and reporting using scripts and APIs to improve operational reliability and efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.

What we're looking for

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting and engineering enterprise networks.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and operating Cisco and/or Meraki wired and wireless environments.
• Expert-level troubleshooting across Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in identity and access integrations, including 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, and network segmentation.
• Experience managing firewall technologies, including policy configuration, NAT, VPN, and traffic analysis.
• Scripting and automation capability using tools such as PowerShell, Python, or APIs.
• Preferred Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and/or Meraki CMNA (preferred).
