What you'll do

Architect scalable BMIDE data models, naming rules, and revision rules following out-of-the-box design principles.
Lead the end-to-end IT solution architecture for Siemens Teamcenter (Active Workspace).
Implement AI-driven capabilities for automated part classification and digital thread traceability.
Partner with business leadership to rationalize requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Establish standards for Teamcenter configuration, fit-to-standard approaches, and solution reuse.
Review and approve IT solutions to ensure alignment across multiple project tracks.
Identify cross-track dependencies, functional gaps, and risks to maintain project momentum.
Evaluate complex requirements to determine appropriate Teamcenter solutions and cross-system impacts.

What we're looking for

10+ years of tactical experience in PLM implementations, including Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace.
Validated expertise in designing integrations between Teamcenter and ERP systems.
Exceptional partner management skills to communicate architectural decisions to executive leadership and technical teams.
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI opportunities in PLM and enterprise applications.
Sophisticated knowledge of AI concepts and practical implementation experience with strong security proficiency.
Solid understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets.
Deep supply chain experience, including high-tech hardware product development and NPI processes (preferred).
Experience with middleware technologies, legacy PLM migrations, or enterprise-scale test automation (preferred).
