The IT Project Manager joins the team to implement and maintain organizational programs that support client strategies. This role involves managing IT, software development, or cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery, ensuring programs achieve goals within budget and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, performing project cost accounting, and conducting tactical planning with stakeholders, engineers, and contracting officers. What we're looking for
5+ years of experience managing IT, software development, or cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery.
Experience with engineering, including network and systems security, authentication, access controls, vulnerability scanning, and security baselines.
Experience applying Agile, Scrum, or standard SDLC workflows to guide sprint tasks and keep milestones on schedule.
Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management and coordinating across engineering teams and external partners.
Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the execution of organizational programs.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II and Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support certifications within 30 days.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience. (preferred: degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity)
