IT Project Manager, Agile & AI Tools

What you'll do

• Lead agile delivery teams using structured scrum practices to ensure predictable delivery of high-quality product increments.
• Oversee the planning and execution of sprint cycles including backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and balance technical feasibility with business outcomes.
• Manage dependencies and risks across multiple scrum teams to prevent delivery bottlenecks and protect sprint goals.
• Coordinate hybrid work practices by establishing collaboration norms and digital tooling standards for geographically distributed members.
• Analyze metrics such as velocity and cycle time to identify patterns and initiate targeted improvement experiments.
• Optimize resource utilization and budgeting by monitoring capacity, skill alignment, and forecast accuracy across portfolios.
• Coordinate support transition and operational readiness to ensure new features are stable and well-documented in production.

• Experience in team and people management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Gemini Code Assist, Copilot, and Claude.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience using Jira for dashboards and reporting.
