IT Knowledge & Training Data Scientist, Employee Experience & Productivity

What you'll do

• Translate business questions from training leaders into actionable data problems and evidence-based recommendations.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple learning platforms and content management systems.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to identify trends and surface anomalies in training performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on training effectiveness and package findings into audience-ready presentations.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate insight generation, data classification, and the speed of analytical work.
• Develop reproducible analytical workflows using SQL and manage code within GitHub.
• Monitor data quality across all sources and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with learning and development data, including training platforms and learner engagement metrics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from large, multi-source datasets.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools.
• 3+ years of experience using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience delivering analytical work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI to real-world data analytics and general productivity challenges.
