IT Support Data Scientist, Employee Experience & Productivity

What you'll do

• Translate business questions from support leaders into actionable data problems and evidence-based recommendations.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple systems including ticketing platforms and AI interaction logs.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to identify trends and surface operational anomalies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on support operations to create audience-ready reports and visualizations.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate insight generation, data classification, and analytical workflows.
• Write clean SQL and manage reproducible code in GitHub for team collaboration.
• Monitor data quality across various sources and partner with engineering to resolve issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with IT support data, including ticketing systems and contact center platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large, multi-source datasets.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools.
• 3+ years of experience using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience delivering analytical work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent stakeholders.
• Proficiency in version control and collaborative documentation practices using tools like GitHub.
