IT Business Analyst Lead

What you'll do

• Gather, refine, and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and technology users.
• Map current business processes and identify gaps to define future-state requirements and improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, conceptual designs, and application configurations for development teams.
• Coordinate application testing, upgrades, integrations, and production readiness activities with technical resources.
• Manage and prioritize multiple complex projects, tracking dependencies and action items through completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, business process, and cross-system issues involving third-party vendors.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to capture requirements for large-scale initiatives.
• Analyze enterprise application integrations and data flows, including APIs and middleware.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, math, or a related curriculum is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 11 years of experience leading Business Analysis for complex, technology-based business initiatives is required.
• 6 years of specific SAP system configuration, development, and deployment experience is required.
• Experience supporting COTS, vendor-hosted, on-premise, and SaaS-based applications in a complex enterprise environment is required.
• Experience leading business process analysis, modeling, and improvement efforts is required.
• Experience translating business requirements into application configuration, functional solutions, and technical requirements is required.
• Experience mentoring other business analysts and contributing to BA practices and documentation standards is required.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM, Corridor, or SAP is preferred.
