The Intern, Program Management will join the team to support program execution and proposal efforts within the Common Data Links – International business area. This role involves supporting the cost, schedule, resources, and performance of programs across the international portfolio while assisting with responses to customer quote requests. Key responsibilities include conducting reviews of technical performance and risk, leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and participating in external meetings with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers. The position requires strong leadership, team building, and communication skills to provide regular status updates to leadership. Candidates should possess a background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, or Program Management, with preferred experience in RF engineering or project management.
Support program management tasks across the international program portfolio.
Review program cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk across different regions.
Support responses to customer quote requests.
Participate in external meetings with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular presentations and status updates to leadership.
What we're looking for
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Program / Business Management, or a related field.
Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills are required.
Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, RF engineering, program / project management, and/or finance (preferred).
Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English (preferred).
