Engineering Program Management Intern

What you'll do

• Define project plans and schedules to drive overall project execution.
• Lead internal and external multi-functional teams through engineering and validation activities.
• Communicate status updates and manage technical issues across various teams.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly.
• Lead development budgets and manage engineering builds.
• Track and facilitate multi-functional tasks required for new technology development.
• Ensure tight coordination and communication between all project stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Must return to school after the internship or have the internship as the final requirement for graduation.
• Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities (preferred).
• Experience handling complex, cross-functional projects (preferred).
• Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes; remain flexible and calm in times of uncertainty (preferred).
• Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate multi-functional tasks (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills (preferred).
• Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, teaching assistance or work experience (preferred).
