You will perform primary research to help clients navigate market trends, design models for operational excellence, and support workshops to document requirements. The work involves shadowing product teams, performing data analytics assessments, and participating in cloud migrations and system implementations across major platforms. To succeed, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations. Preferred technical skills include experience with SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Excel modeling, process mapping, or basic ABAP awareness. The role focuses on solving business and technology transformation challenges while providing consulting services to help clients improve their operational processes and navigate complex market dynamics.

What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like MIS, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to understand client needs and apply a creative, logical approach to identify solutions (preferred).
Foundational quantitative analysis skills and exposure to programming technologies like SQL, Python, or Java (preferred).
