What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like MIS, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to understand client needs and apply a creative, logical approach to identify solutions (preferred).
  • Foundational quantitative analysis skills and exposure to programming technologies like SQL, Python, or Java (preferred).
