To succeed in this role, you should have a basic understanding of programming concepts using Python, SQL, or Java, along with familiarity with databases, data structures, and cloud platforms. You will solve complex business challenges by developing scalable data pipelines and modernizing data platforms across various industries like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.

What you'll do

Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines and integration processes.
Develop and support modern data platforms to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Perform data preparation, transformation, validation, and quality assurance for AI and analytics solutions.
Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Support the development of AI-driven solutions and automated business processes for diverse clients.
Test and validate data engineering and analytics solutions to ensure scalable environments.
Assist in the modernization of client data platforms using cloud technologies and enterprise architectures.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of programming concepts with exposure to Python, SQL, Java, or similar technologies.
Basic understanding of databases, data structures, data processing, analytics, and how data supports business decision-making.
Exposure to data preparation, transformation, visualization, analytics, or business problem-solving through coursework, projects, research, hackathons, internships, certifications, or other practical learning.
Awareness of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts, cloud platforms, machine learning workflows, or modern data architectures (preferred).
